CRC Group is looking to expand its team with a Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to join our growing organisation.

Key responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets and project valuations
- Monitor project progress, costs and timelines
- Coordinate with clients, contractors and suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Manage documentation, reporting and contract administration
- Manage resource workload for different projects
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Project Management or a related field
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset
